What is Piles? How to cure it Naturally?
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. They can be internal (inside the rectum) or external (under the skin around the anus).

Main Symptoms of Piles

1. Bleeding: Bright red blood during bowel movements.
2. Itching and Irritation: Around the anal region.
3. Pain and Discomfort: Especially during bowel movements or when sitting.
4. Swelling: Around the anus.
5. Lump Near the Anus: Which may be sensitive or painful.

Ayurvedic Approach to Piles

In Ayurveda, piles are referred to as “Arsha,” which is believed to be caused by an imbalance in the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). Factors such as poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and chronic constipation contribute to the development of Arsha. Ayurveda aims to balance the Doshas, improve digestion, and relieve symptoms.
