What is COPD? How to treat it naturally

Introduction

This is a chronic inflammation of lungs that results in obstructed airflow from the lungs. Which may lead difficulty in breathing, cough, wheezing respiration, and sputum production and without proper oxygen it becomes hard for system to sustain.

The 4 stages of COPD

Stage 1(Mild): During this stage most people don’t notice symptoms and often don’t know there is a problem. However patient may start to see increase in mucus production or might develop a chronic cough.

Stage2 (Moderate): Airflow limitations begin to worsen and become more noticeable. Symptoms such as coughing and sputum or phlegm production will increase.

Stage3 (Severe): During 3 stage patients will likely experience significant lung function impairment. Increased breathlessness and fatigue make it difficult to perform daily tasks, enjoy favorite activities or exercise.

Stage4 (Very Severe): In this stage many people have significant airflow limitations, drastically affecting their lives. Other complicatiob include frequent lung infections, respiratory failure and changes in consciousness

Vasaka

This is one of the best herbs for respiratory. It manages chronic respiratory tract infections, colds, cough, allergic rhinitis etc. It also helps in dealing with asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, and other respiratory ailments.

Liquorice

Mulethi help in reducing inflammation in the airways. Due to which breathing becomes easier. It helps in expelling phlegm from the body, chest pain, wheezing, chest congestion and breathing trouble.

Ginger tea
