Reasons for Back Pain
1. Muscle or ligament strain: Lifting heavy objects improperly or sudden awkward movements can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments.
2. Bulging or ruptured discs: Discs act as cushions between the bones (vertebrae) in the spine. The soft material inside a disc can bulge or rupture and press on a nerve.

3. Panchasakar Churna:
