HORMONAL IMBALANCE
 A hormonal imbalance  when your body generates too much or too little amount of hormones. 

  • Hormones control many different processes including 
  • Growth and development.
  • Sexual function.
  • Sleep-wake cycle.

    CAUSES

  • Medications
  • Injury or trauma
  • Stress
THE CONDITIONS CAUSED BY HORMONAL IMBALANCE ARE

Most common hormonal - related conditions include:

  • Irregular Menstruation ( periods) :- Specific hormone-related conditions that cause irregular periods include PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome ) and amenorrhea.
  • Acne
  • Hormonal acne (adult acne) :- when hormonal changes increase the amount of oil your skin produces.
  • Infertility
  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  • Thyroid
  • Cushing syndrome , or high levels of cortisol
  • Addison's disease
  • Hypogonadism
  • Obesity

  • Ashwagandha(withania somnifera) :- Is an adaptogenic herb that helps the body adapt to stress and supports the endocrine system.
  • Shatavari (asparagus racemosus):- it is often used to support reproductive health , menstrual irregularities and menopausal symptoms . shatavari helps maintain hormonal balance.
  • Triphala :- triphala is a combination of 3 fruits (amalaki , bibhitaki and haritaki). It supports digestion and elimination which is crucial for hormonal balance.
